Forum Change Management - 2012

Looking back on the first Change Management Forum of the MBA Change & Innovation and the management consultancy Kraus & Partner the event has been a great success. Georg Kraus, Founder of Kraus & Partner, opened the event by giving an insight on why it is necessary to start being responsible for one’s own destiny in an organization nowadays and how to handle the uncertainty of roles in organizations.

Francois Dupuy, Academic director of CEDEP/INSEAD, gave an inspiring speech on how to manage change, deal with an unnatural thing such as cooperation but to reduce cost and improve quality by that. He illustrated why an organization has to be simple, flexible and nimble in order to manage the unavoidable change.

The participants of Henrik Langholf’s workshop (Director of Innovation Management at Dr. Kraus & Partner) had great fun and have been inspired by experiencing what emotional innovation means. Christophe Richard, expert for lean management at K&P France Conseil, showed the participants of his workshop how to figure out what kind of manager one is. They discussed the most important lean values such as curiosity, an open error culture and investment in daily routines.

Frédéric Gayraud and David Calvière, two experts for change management and IT, demonstrated how to successfully combine IT tools and change management in order to achieve both IT project success and organization transformation.
